How long does it stay cold?
3-4 Hours during a hot day. Tested during the heat wave in Los Angeles 2026.
How do I actually prepare it?
Two methods:
- Quick Ice: Fill with cold water or ice plus a small amount of water.
- Super Ice: Fill with water and freeze the ice packs.
Does it leak?
Designed with silicone O-ring seals to help prevent leaks when properly assembled.
What is inside it?
It does not contain gel or chemicals. You fill it yourself with water or ice.
The body is made from PVC, the caps/link are polypropylene, and the seals are silicone.
What is the return policy?
